They must be taking deposits every second. Made 2 bookings and the card payment system was in overload and declined payment twice then cleared. I had Santander on the phone querying declined charges. Then it took me an hour hanging on the phone to get the cabins switched to those I wanted.

I wanted to book a ferry with a pet cabin but after trying again and again for half an hour I’ve given up. Also read somewhere that no Ferries November December from here to northern Spain???

I have vouchers fir £750 but just wanted to get it booked

Try around midnight to 1:30 am.
Site goes down fir a while every night just after that fir maintenance

Looking at timetables Pont Aven is the only cruise ship sailing to Spain December and January,then Cap Finistère starts 28 January as well.So If traveling with dog you would have to put them in the kennels if you want to travel in December or January.I booked this morning dog in kennel going out in Jan,pet cabin coming back end March, haven’t told the dog yet

Did you try with the vouchers?

I had a valid one declined, said that it had been used even though it was still showing on the CV section.

Gave up trying to phone, constantly engaged and no queuing system!

I used vouchers worked after a while

When I booked yesterday morning when I put CV number in the voucher I had came up automatically and was taken of final price.
