Common problem, our Trumatic C6002 in a 2008 Burstner Aviano was fine on water heating but cut out on blown air heating as the fan kicked in. Then we had 2 red lights on the panel.
First I replaced regulator - no difference, bottles both full.
I cleaned dust from around fan.
I heated water first before engaging heating
Checked in van temp sensor
Set PCB off to be checked, fine

Nothing was working, we need heating and so I gave up and engaged Reliance in Chichester

It turns out the fan blower motor under the boiler had overheated at some time in the past (probably when we full timed) meaning resistance built up as the fan sped up causing it to conk out. A and R electronics in Staffordshire repair them though, the only place in the country afaik. Needless to say the price of a new Truma 6e plus installation would have been prohibitive and the 6002 is a well made boiler.

I know there have been other threads on this, and the whole bolier needs to come out, but we are very pleased with our result after months of fiddling and the excellent service by Reliance and A and R. You may be able to save your 6002 yet.

snap.... I have the same problem with the Truma combi 4 here. Tnx fr the recommendation. atb
