Hello all!
Have a truma combi 6e that after much investigation, and replacement of local plumbing joints, I have come to the conclusion that it’s the water tank in the boiler that is leaking. It can’t be coming from anywhere else.
I am assuming that it is a sealed container, as in no gasket-ed joints. I have seen a photo of a tank that seems to have some studs for fixing what I assume to be the end covers, but without taking it apart I won’t know, and being full timers I don’t want to strip it at this time. I might not be able to get spares until the world goes back to normal.
So, many question is, has anyone else had this problem, and what was the fix? I am assuming that it’s a case of replacing the tank, in which case I will just take it to truma, as have had bad experience with element replacement that was done by our local, multi- branch motor home dealership. But any wisdom would be appreciated.
Many Thanks
