We used this service a couple of years ago when our Truma brokedown in Baden Baden over Christmas. Truma have engineers station across several campsites in Germany, Austria & Italy.

Once again this year, the Truma Service will be available over Christmas and New Year to ensure relaxed winter camping. From 21. – 31.12.2019, Truma service technicians will be on hand at winter campsites in Germany, Austria and Italy. The experts repair appliances, replace parts and provide tips and answer on all products:

• Camping Grüntensee, 87497 Wertach, Germany
• Camping Bankenhof, 79822 Hinterzarten am Titisee, Germany
• Eurocamp Wilder Kaiser, 6345 Kössen, Austria
• Erlebnis Comfort Camping Aufenfeld, 6274 Aschau, Austria
• Caravan Park Sexten, 39030 Sexten, Italy
The camp site in Sexten is overseen by our Service Partner (27. – 31.12.2019)
