Hi, can anyone tell me where the pcb is on a Bessacarr E495 as I have been told that mine is in need of changing including the wiring

Try Google with your boiler model or, better, the Truma website. The board is probably under a clip-on cover on the front of the unit. I'd be more certain if I knew which unit you have.

Many thanks have got in touch with truma and we are waiting for an appointment with them to find out the problem
