hmm ... I’ve an old thread about similar problems.

Second short break away in our brand new van.

Out first bottle of gas has run out. Just before it finished we got a 507 code.

Changed bottles over when the gas on the job fizzled out and we now have the E516H code.
We can run hob but the heating isn’t coming on.

Any ideas before we give up and go home?

These are the possible causes given by Truma for the 516 code:

Gas cylinder empty

Gas cylinder or quick-acting valve in the gas supply line closed

Gas pressure regulation system iced up

Butane content in the gas cylinder too high

Combustion air infeed or exhaust outlet is sealed

Gas pressure regulation system faulty

Update ... wouldn’t reset from control panel even after turning off for 1/2 hour.
Took a plastic cover off the boiler exposing wires and found a tiny button under the wires. There were two lights one red, one green; one was flashing ...
pressed mystery button and lights stopped flashing and boiler started.

Fingers crossed we can stay here tonight now!

Thanks Andrew, I wonder why Truma don’t mention it in the manual? It certainly wasn’t obvious; hidden under wires.

I've just retrived this from the Bailey site. It may help:

A: Flashing Code E-514-H displayed in the Truma control panel is due to an incorrect shut down of the electrical system. The heating system now requires turning off at Truma control before powering down the van or turning the main 12v master switch off.

The boilers are very sensitive to low pressure and if you don’t have a lot of gas in the cylinder it won’t work you need to fill up you gas cylinders(y)(y)(y)

Thanks for that I will pop outside and give it a try.

Would you believe it this has worked.
I have read the manual from back to front and nowhere does it mention this fault code.
Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou...

Pretty sure it an electrical shut down issue as I had this code when replacing our leisure batteries. I have yet to fire it up though, so will keep all this info in mind!

I also found it somewhere on a Truma link but can't find the link!

There is a clip on cover which came off - it’s near the top and underneath there were lights. Next to one of the led lights was a kind of tiny button - you pressed this. It’s quite low down once cover off.
Let us know if you can’t find it and we’ll go out to van.

Thanks for letting me know I've managed to solve the problem by watching a video on utube. It said to wait till the error message stops flashing and it should right itself and surprisingly it did. Only took 2 days what a pain. Thanks again

I know this is an old thread, but thank you Grianan this info fixed my problem today! I had hung a shade screen that obstructed the Truma vent and when I tried to heat water got the message. The little flashing lights, hidden under the cables under the clip-off cover were quashed by the even-morre hidden button. But I found it!!! Press and hold for 10 seconds.
