Our MH comes with a truma d6 diesel combi boiler. We keep getting an e 102 h error which does not appear in the fault codes. Has anyone ever seen this and knows what to do. I am within my 30 days right to return the MH but would rather just get sorted. Any help gratefully received šŸ‘šŸ¤”

Since 2015.......
Iā€™m betting that your heating element x 2 have gone. Common fault. Try turning the panel off and leave for 30 mins. Then fire it up on gas only. If it gets hot, your electric part is buggerd...
If so, use gas only, you can use far more gas than it will cost to repair, unless itā€™s under warranty šŸ™„šŸ‘

Hi Mr B, its a diesel boiler not gas. The water heats up when on 240v but the heater doesn't work.
