Hi, firstly thanks for letting me join.
I have a Truma combi 6E fitted to my van, it has been working fine heating the van and maintaining the temp set on the inet CP, however it recently got up to temp but the heating never clicked back on when the temp dropped and the Van was cold. I had to continually keep turning the temp setting up to get it to work eventually setting it to 28 to get it back out on. I fitted a new Temp sensor, but it’s not made any difference. Has anyone came across this issue, and how did you repair it? I’m just wondering if it’s the PCB, or INet CP at fault. There is no hard reset on the 6E. I have done the reset on the inet panel, but again no difference. Thanks in advance for the help

Have you checked the offset setting?

Are you sure that there is not a reset button under the wiring cover on your 6E , it is on the opposite end to the 12v/240v connections that are also under the cover , near the control panel connection multi-plug. (You need to press and hold it in for about 10 seconds)

Definitely not one there, I did email Truma and they said there wasn’t a hard reset on the 6E but if there is I’ll definitely have another look. Everything else is working fine. However I have noticed the fan won’t go onto vent mode either now. If I turn off the heating the van doesn’t operate at all either now , where it used to go to vent setting and draw cool air in from outside. I’ll just need to get an engineer Truma trained engineer out I think 😪
