My Truma 4E works fine on gas and 12v. As soon as I put on 240v it refuses to work on anything either gas or electric. I get a E632 error and I have got rid of it by doing the hard reset but it keeps re-appearing. Anyone else had this and know what the solution might be before I accept Truma's hunch that the electronic card needs replaced?

Don’t know about your code, but the heating elements can fail if used a lot.

Thanks Andy. I was beginning to think that might be the problem and not the PCB that the agent thinks.

Dont know if it is any help but E632 shows in my fault code list as , Overheating protection has been triggered , This is reset using a button on the combi ( If that is not what you have already done with your hard reset). www.arelectronics.co.uk offer a test and repair service for Truma combi PCB if you find that is what is needed.

Thanks GeoffnDee - Yes that's why I tried the hard reset which seemed to clear it but it then re-appeared when I put 240v back on. Beginning to suspect the elements may be damaged. Truma have offered to test and look at it if I take it to Derby but that's a long way. Might just have to do that. Thanks for the recommend for arelectronics.
