Troyes aire/campsite within fort walls?

When we were here a few years ago we enjoyed staying at the top of the town in a place right in the fortified city walls. It doesn’t seem to be there now. Anyone know what happened to it?

Langres has a campsite on the town wall which is south of Troyes also a free funicular railway. You can walk all the way round the town on the walls.
