.
I have been looking for trim corners.

the only things I have found that can be adapted is these image 3. There the corners for a travel case or flight case.

Cut to suite. Ba
Bonded on with sikaflex sanded primed and top coated should last a while.
unless some member knows where some are.

image 1. The bad bit.

image 2 where it’s located.

image 3 the only thing I can find.

Try magnums grimsby. They have all sorts of ex caravAn build stuff. But stuff comes and goes.

Try Glanvilles in Gosport , they are a bit of an Alladins Cave

Tried all over and no seems to have anything like them.
I may have to do with what I have now.
by the time I am done I don’t think anyone would notice.

Now painted . Just have to renew the herzim strips in the trim now .
a little to cold to fit the trim so that will have to wait a while longer.

I'm only a couple of miles away from there and didn't know it existed.

I did find some for sale on ebay a while back .I made a couple out of a grey 90 degree sink drain pipe fitting I think it was 32mm and slit it in half and stuck them on using leadmate from Screwfix . They are still on after 8 years and don't look too bad . The other option is if you know someone with a 3D printer

I think sometimes with some items that are most likely not in production for a long time one has to think out of the box.
most of the time it works out better and most of the time a lot cheaper.
I have since found something that would do made for another make of van But at £12.99 each my option at £1.99 was better.

Well started lots of silly bits and pieces today.
One test n
bit of hermiz strip for a bit of a rest.

so pulled out some bits and there just brittle and comes of in small bits.
washed the alloy strips out . Removed somebody’s idea of a corner.

And then I measured and there between 11mm and 12 mm wide..
so I had to Order the 15 mm wide stuff.

so starting I made sure there was extra each end as the one I am replacing is short both ends each time.
overtime they shrink.

well there quite soft and flexible one end slides in the other is pushed into a slot using a finger and thumb or a small plastic scraper crushing it so as to compress it as I goes into the track

looks ok.
lots of it to do yet but thought lets try.

I tried soapy water just makes it to slippery to hold
warmed some up in hot water stretched. Then shrunk.

so it’s going to be slow and steady .. but should ok nice.

I used a silicone sealant nozle trimmed to size slightly smaller than the alluminium 'groove' this worked reasonably well. Just let Herzim strip shrink back every now and then. Even better in the summer with the sun to warm it up.

I only tried a bit today as I am having one of those days of doing a little bit of all sorts today.
I have enough to do the whole Moho so again maybe a bit every so often .
but will have a go with your system but I know you can get a tool for it But.
I can’t see me doing it again so whats the point.
