Delighted i read this thread, i thought my fridge was knackered. at the start of a long drive i switched the fridge to 12v and drove. 6 hours later the freezer section had not cooled as it normally does. realised if i put it on the leccy the previous night this would have sorted the prob, then the 12v would keep it at the low temp.
