Transmission / Gearbox problem (3 Viewers)

On the Costa del sol at the moment and was driving to Ronda when I started to have problems shifting from 3rd to 4th a grinding sound no other problem on other gears and can shift into 4th from 3rd when on the flat and let the revs die down Its 2019 Peugeot Boxer anyone else had the same problem
I guess these vans a very common Fiat,Citroen Relay was thinking making an appointment in Malaga for a diagnose test any advice would be appreciated

Does it do it when engine/GB is cold and warm?

Sounds like a synchromesh problem, could be a synchromesh spring broken. Hope it's not as it would be a complete gearbox strip down to replace.

Have you tried double declutching as if you can change OK doing that although it is a fine art to get it right it would point to the synchromesh being the problem.

it does when cold and warm so does it all the time why ?

I had similar issue on older model but only when warm. Replaced GB oil and problem went away
