The post concerning France in August prompted me to have a look at the forecast bad travelling days in France this year. The offical site is Bison Fute which provides realtime and forecast traffic info. Here's a link to the 2019 forcast so if you're travelling in France on a black day at least you'll know it was planned

It's in French but not to difficult to understand.



There's also a free app for Bison Fute.
