Has anyone got any idea where large convex towing mirrors can be located
Im sick of trying to see around my fifth wheel trailer with the stupid things that are commonly available and laughingly called towing mirrors
They need to be stable detatchable and have large convex lenses convex
Thanks in anticipation

There is quite a selection in the Automotive section of your RV parts catalogue , anything suitable in there?

i bought some massive ones from a caravan dealers a couple of years ago when i had m my hobby caravan (8ft wide :whatthe:)
i dont know what make they are but a description is................

they have two legs that clip under the front wheel arch, one leg that clips onto the bonnet/wing channel and a heavy spring to hold it all together.
the glass is about 7" X 5" and can be turned horizontally or vertically.

they are also adjustable for length/width. really stable at 50-60mph
overall width is 9ft+ on my hilux pickup which allowed me to see just round the back of the van. (not bad for a 26ft caravan)

i'll try to find the makers name.

john.

We got the "suck it and see" mirrors for our truck when towing the fifth wheel.

So far we've only used them a couple of times but were impressed. Easy to put on and off and worked well.

Check out towing mirrors on ebay.
