Nexxo 660
Hello all,

I recently purchased a Burstner Nexxo 2011. The toilet compartment seems to have a leak which I am looking into by replacing seals, possibly buying a new cassette.

I have noticed a couple of things in the actual toilet compartment which are strange. I have attached photos.

One of the compartments beneath the toilet cassette has a black tube in which goes through to underneath the van. You can see straight through to the ground.

Secondly someone appears to have drilled a hole through the bottom left corner of the toilet compartment as if to allow any leak to drain away. I'm not sure where this hole goes.

My concern is where this drain goes and whether these holes are likely to be bad in the long run.

I am based in North Lincolnshire so if anyone has any suggestions about affordable places if an inspection/ work may be required I'd be grateful for recommendations.

Thank you

Stacey

The square recess with black pipe in it is where the cassette vents. On some models they fit a fan and carbon filter in there.

the other hole I have no idea about.

I have an Autotrail Tribute 2014 and have same system fitted from new, I also had a leak from seals that got into the compartment and burnt the fan out . I purchased new filters and a new fan and then found there is no vent underneath the fan ( and cant easily drill one )making it useless . As for the OP that looks like a bodged job of venting the toilet. Sure someone will be along with a recommendation for some one close by to sort it out.
