Just started!
I have a 5kg tin of this stuff and following a period of good weather I plan on using it to seal some of the joints on the roof of our motorhome to prevent any water ingress.
Anyone got any tips on preparation & use?

I used EverBuild's version called Evercryl to coat the roof of a MH we had a few years ago.
We had water ingress due to the aluminium exterior getting pin holes due to corrosion.
After I ripped out and repaired the internals, I coated the whole roof with the Evercryl to make sure the roof was leak free and it was.

As you're just going to just cover the joins, then maybe the tape would be a better option for you.
Good preparation will be your key to success and I would have thought that a primer would be needed when using the tape.
