Timing for pet check in at Tunnel.

We usually have loads of time for checking the dog in at Calais.
This time round we are rushing home. Can anyone tell me if he has his vets check at 16.15 tomorrow Monday at Neufchâtel can we book anything after 16.15 on Tuesday as that would mean going to pet control at 15.15 on Tuesday? I’m not sure if they would make us wait until 16.15 to get his passport checked.
I would email and ask the Tunnel but they reckon on 20 days for a reply.

We just came back,we had our vet check at 10am on Friday,got to Pet Reception at 8.30am on Saturday they did all the paperwork,we had to go back at 9am to collect it,just gave them a walk outside and managed to get an earlier train,hope that helps
