I'll help, then, I think it's here
but (if I'm right) there's only 16,500 signatures so far and it needs 100,000 to force a debate.
In that case I don't think there's any chance of it succeeding.

I have also emailed news@ sky.com perhaps several others might put some pressure on them to broadcast it, if we don't try we won't get .
