Thule Rideon 2-Bike Towbar mounted bike rack

Has anyone got or had one of the above? I was thinking of getting one to carry a single bike, but was wondering why they were substantially cheaper than the rest of Thule's range. Any comments gratefully read

Is that the one where you hang the bikes? If so, it's good for 1 bike. We've struggled getting our 2 on. Ended up rotating the handlebars.
I can't check our model number at the moment.

I bought a witter 2bike towball rack best bit about it is it’s so easy to fit and load the bikes. Only thing I done was to change one off the securing bars now the bikes go straight on with out having to mess about moving the handlebars.
