My Thule omnistor awning is causing problems when winding in. It appears the centre of the roll drops causing the canopy not to roll correctly. I have to lift the centre of the roll while its wound in. Anybody else come across this?

No we have a 3.5 metre one and no issues, are you supporting the awning with the legs when winding in until the final metre ?

We had a similar issue and ended up replacing the whole awning

I think I might have slightly distorted the front rail with our blow up awning

our awning is 5.5m long which I think is pushing sensible lengths

Are the fabric supports in place correctly there will be 1 or 2 of then depending on awning size.

We do all the standard practice for opening and closing. Take the weight, all fittings functioning etc. It just seems the roller has dropped. The only awning it's ever been used with is Thule panorama room
