hi guys . just put the ham shank in to boil having soak it overnight to get most of the salt out bachelors quick soak peas . we are having it today with some nice crusty bread & saving the rest for our journey. me & bill was brought up on things like pea & ham soup /cowheel /tripe . bills dad buggered off leaving his mother with 4 kids so going to school with a fag packet in a hole in his shoe was the norm . when the kids came out in the street with toffees his mum would make him sugar a butty . i had the same upbringing not much money you ate what was on you plate & Christmas time your mum would put fruit in stockings on the mantlepiece then when it was over they went straight back in the fruit bowel . so no we don't feel guilty going to Spain for 3 months val

In another thread you complain of no likes, but you do put up some strange posts, same as this one, are we supposed to like the old days or the fact that you don't feel guilty about going to Spain, two completely different things in one post
