I have a sciatica, thankfully not all the time, so enjoy walking, last summer whilst enjoying a rare few days in the beach, found getting up from a sitting position pretty difficult, as have had knee replacement, couple years back, so haha 
look quite a sight with hubby helping me up! So came across this? Read quite a few reviews, varying prices? This was from Amazon, I like the fact I can carry it or put it in a back pack, so when out walking or going to the beach
in july( highlands end) will be able to rise with dignity....and no sciatica attack the following day...thought I would share with you lovely Funsters.
