The flush on the thetford toilet has packed up! I have checked the fuses but no joy! Any suggestions?

Which model is it?
Does it have the pump in the 'cistern' or is the pump external?
Check with a meter that there is voltage at the pump.
My son's packed up because the pump had seized solid with rust.

If it is a PCB. I have just fitted an extraction fan and have the original boards going spare.

we were away when it packed up, and some of the lights packed up as well. Sorted out the lights with a new fuse , hoping it would also out the flush. Also before it stopped there was a lot of black gunge in the water. The pump must be under the toilet ( above the waste tank) . Is it worth stripping the system down or buying anew system

This could be congealed residue from the pink flushing agent in the tank. If there is lots of it, that could have clogged your pump up. A half decent bleach solution used to clean our tank out fine when we had the caravan. Probably worth sorting that out before you go replacing any defective parts...👍

The pump is located under the toilet roll holder, on the right as you look at the toilet. Lift out the holder and the inner part and you will see the pump. It's just held in place by 1 screw.

There is also a separate fuse
The fuse is located in an area where you pull the cassette out, then look into the upper left area. It's not a blade fuse, it's a cylinder. The fuse holder needs to be unscrewed then the fuse will drop down with the holder.
