Thetford toilet flush

Is there a simple fix to this ???
Could smell something burning and only later found the toilet flush had stopped working.
Checked 2a fuse ok

Pump jammed and overheated?

Is the black splodge in your first pic some sealant or melted wiring?
I'm surprised the fuse didn't blow.

Is there a simple fix to this ???

If you had smoke and the pump isn't working I doubt there's a simple fix. As Jev88 said the pump has most likely seized and overheated.

Thanks for the reply’s the pump is still working and yes it’s the melted at the full indicator light, was wondering if I could just snip the red light off and join up the wiring
