we are parked up without electric hook
up
And my toilet flush doesn’t work Not sure should it work without electricity?
Appreciate all sensible comments

Don't know if it is sensible or not but never come across one that needs 240 v

Have you checked the fuse that is situated to the left of the cassette, just to the left of the yellow cap in the photo.
Check that you have 12 volts at the fuse.

Do your batteries have any charge in them? If the lights come on then power isn't the issue.

You don't need electricity to simply empty some of your grey water down there (y)
I do agree thought that if something should be working then you want to know why it isn't (y)

Some of the bench type Thetford loo have their own water tank and a submersible pump in the tank and the fuse is a pig to get to. We have one in an earlier van we had and had to replace the submersible pump that packed up.

Is it an Autosleeper you have (going by the decals)?

Okay, seeing as the OP was posting late on it must mean that the lights are working, ergo the 12v must be working.

So looks likes a fuse or wiring issue, or the pumps knackered.

So for the OP to answer yes/no to ... :
  • When you turn the taps on does water come out? If so then the pump is okay.
  • Did you remove and refitting the fuse? If so did this sort it (ie bad connection)?
  • Have checked the fuse to see if it was kaput or okay?
  • If kaput did you put a new one in and did it solve the issue?
  • If the fuse looked okay did you still try a new one just in case and if so did it sort it?
  • If it's still not working have you checked the wiring to make sure none of the connections have come loose?

Good luck. (y)

We had an AT and the PCB used to drop off the back of the flush button :(
