Thetford fridge advise

Hi, I had hoped I wouldn’t be asking for advice so soon, I have a Thetford fridge N112 model, it doesn’t seem to work (as in doesn’t get cold) the light comes on and warm air coming from the vent just not getting cold, the motorhome had stood for 18 months before we brought it, I have done some research and it seems if it’s been stood for a long period it may have a blockage in the pipeline, so I’ve done what was suggested and turned it upside down for 24 hours but unfortunately hasn’t made any difference still not working, any help/ advise would be much appreciated please.

trip the burner out and clean it once its out try to light the fridge to get gas to blow out any crud in the pipes
lots of videos on utube mostly for dometics but will be similar
