Hi all cast your minds back to the beast from the east February 2019
Well that killed the water pump on our Autotrail (yes I know now should have drained it properly )
The result was a small piece of frozen plastic had fractured and broken off inside the pump
Unknown to me that the pump was ever frozen
Long story short when the pump was next used the said plastic shard shredded the diaphragm inside the pump
Fitted new pump and all good regarding all taps and shower but the toilet has never flushed properly since then
The flush never reaches all around the bowl
Enter new pump number 2 and still no difference loo still not flushing correctly
Changed all the various parts inside the thetford toilet and have even used a air line to blow through the pipes
Absolutely no blockage?
Please help before I go mad

Hi pappajohn thanks for your input yes the pumps are the same as the one that came off
Surflow 2095-204-412 20 psi 7 Ltrs per min

Is the shower water pressure good ? And the kitchen tap?

Hmm . I know the flush has some sort of one way valve on it . Could also possibly be an airlock in the pipe .

As part of the plastic that broke off, or part of the diaphragm that the plastic took with it worked its way through to the toilet flush?

have you cleaned out the filter screen at the valve on the toilet?

There will be a non return valve of some sort on the pipe work that supplies the water spigot in the toilet bowl to prevent back contamination of the water tank, possibly something stuck there or the valve is stuck.

Anything I suppose is possible but I believe that I found the only piece that broke off
It was still jammed in the diaphragm

You need to take the water feed off the toilet and see if the flow is ok, if not work back to the pump undoing each pipe connection until you get the required flow rate.

You will have a solenoid valve to activate the supply to the flush, if you can find it and check as the opening is not very good at the best of times and can result in poor flow. Some debris will get behind the slide and restrict the flow and wilL not be cleared by flushing as the fact the valve is open will trap the debris.

Some Thetford toilets have an internal pump, even when driven from "mains" water rather than a tank. That pump may have been damaged by the same frost. Alternatively, if yours is fitted with a solenoid valve, that might be blocked with debris.

C200 CWE or C200 CS? The first has a pump and a vacuum breaker below the switch, the CS has the vacuum breaker and an electric valve under the swivel bowl.

Dug these out of the laptop annals. I've got more if it's a 260 etc
