I'm a newbie
2018 4.5t motorhome will the new ULEZ expansion effect me on the m25

Newer than september 2016 registered vans had to be euro6 so will comply.
A number of manufacturers produced euro6 vehicles previous to September 2016 and if the V5 was registered showing they are euro6 they also comply.
Finally some euro5 vans registered before the 2016 deadline are also showing as being ULEZ compliant.

Be careful, don't just rely on the date the vehicle was registered. I nearly bought a 2017 van. It had the 2.2 Ford engine and was not Euro6 or ULEZ compliant. The base vehicle was made before the deadline, so it was legal.

IIRC you can enter your reg into their website for a decision.

No, as the new ULEZ only extends to the North and South Circular, well inside from the M25.
Well inside at the moment! But it’s due to expand next year to the M25 but not including the M25
My vehicle is Euro4 and at 3900kg and restricted already to the M25 with a very few exceptions,
Next October it will include vehicles 3500kg and lower,
What really annoys me is there no detailed maps of the expanded zone and Transport for London are exempt from the freedom of information act to give the location of any new money making cameras,

ULEZ and CAZ will continue to expand. They want to force us to scrap our diesel vehicles.

I drove my motorhome through Battersea in the rush hour a couple of weeks ago. It was an emergency run for a charity, there was no other vehicles available. Took me an hour to do the last 3 miles. I'm not sure why anyone would do it out of choice.

I think it's more likely that motorways will be affected by road pricing than ULEZs.

I looked at the new map for the October 21 and the ULEZ map covers the m25 near Dartford but now I’ve put my Reg in the TFL website and says I only have to pay for cc charge in the Center
