3 years and learning!
Just sounding things out, so some questions for potential "house gaurdians/sitters" the situation, we are only able to get away in our m/h for maybe as little as a couple of days to possibly a week at a time, leaving behind a cat, 3 ducks and a tortoise (depending on time of year!) and of coarse, our property, this can be fairly short notice, spur of the moment type thing, would sitting and pet feeding be of interest to sitters on here given short times and notice?
In exchange we can offer free m/h parking (any size) on hard area or grass, in 4 acre, secure but very rustic surroundings, very quiet surrounded by nature, no traffic or street lights! EH and probably wifi available (hard standing only), fresh water, grey water dump (strictly non chemical black as well) on leaving along with rubbish,
Facilities in the area range from coarse and sea fishing along with several golf courses and sailing, bike rides and walks or a quiet, restful time. Main routes and facilities 2 miles away, main town, 5 miles. Unfortunately no kids or dogs, ideally, I think would suit a retired couple but could be wrong! As said at the beginning, just sounding things out so would appreciate all comments, oh, we are based in Essex.

Since May 05 (Ex Tuggers).
Retired couple here, (he ex HM Forces, and LA Fire Service), from the Lincs/Cambs border, and long term Motorhomefun members, (known to many). We potentially are only an hour or so away, so possibly interested in helping you out, depending upon the proximity to local amenities. Other than the MH, we wouldn't have any other form of transport available to us, pending local bus services.

Cheers,

Jock & Rita. :)

Interested but would need to be for longer than a couple of days if we were at home.
but we’re sure it would be a way of you getting away.
