TELECO MAGIC SAT

Hi everybody, We have Teleco Magic Sat Easy.
However i need Eutelsat 36B to be installed.
Where we can find a procedure? As per Telcosat - They have no experience with Eutelsat 36.
However i have experience. Just need to understand - how to change sattelites criteria.
Just a Flash Magic ? Or a producer's software also can be used?

Although I can’t help you with your query
I’m curious as to why you would want Eutelsat 36 on your Teleco’s menu
As far as I’m aware it doesn’t transmit much in the way of English speaking TV .
