Hi

Our kitchen tap is working fine with cold water but submersible pump is not kicking in when swtiched to hot. Bathroom tap is working fine for both. I'm guessing it is a microswitch issue. Does anyne know if microswitches can be replaced or if I need a new tap? The biggest difficulty will be getting to the tap fom below to replace. Van is a Hymer Exsis-i 562, 2013. Not sure what tap model is.

Many thanks, Martin

Since 2008 & many years tugging
Probably the wire to the switch broken and it makes contact in the cold position. It's nearly always a wire broken on these taps.
I got fed up with wires breaking and having to strip down a tap every 6 months, binned the submersible pump and fitted a Shureflo pump with pressure switch.

You can have a pressurised system and keep your submersible pump, you just need one of these.
