Not a problem here, a bit slow at times getting pages up, but in general, (y)

Sorry I can't help with the current situation but they really were the worst company that I ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

I read this post and left but decided that I did have to add a little.
My late father in law had talk talk and in the last 2 years of his life, he was in a home. He had talk talk. After he passed away it took Swmbo nearly 8 months and eventually a call from the solicitors to stop the harassment from them about the mounting bill.
They would not accept the idea that the service had to be stopped because he had died. They kept insisting that they would only speak to the account holder.. No matter what we told them or what paperwork was sent (death certificate), they insisted that they would only speak to the account holder.
It really beggars belief that they couldn't conceive the possibility that he couldn't converse with them as death was a formality.
Incidentally, in the time he had them, he had never missed a payment and we were initially happy to pay a month's notice. He had been with them for around 7 years so no minimum contractual fee etc.
I certainly wouldn't be a customer even if the final company to use.
I'd definitely give up coming on fun rather than pay those imbeciles a penny.
Just my experience and I hope I haven't swayed anyone one way or another.
