These guys custom made a sparkling chrome tailpipe for our RV - give them a call they may be able to put something in the post -Pipecraft Basildon Essex

Is it a full tail pipe you require or just a trim end pipe to fit over the existing tail pipe? If it is the latter, try a search for "exhaust trim" on eBay. You will find several with universal style fittings which will fit a Boxer tail pipe.

Try J.P.S in Macclesfield (Cheshire). They make everything from tailpipes to bespoke systems and will only work in stainless steel.
i got a quote for a section of RV exhaust a couple of years ago and remember thinking it wasn't too bad at all.
