Can anyone recommend a source for tailored bedding? I have a fixed bed which tapers and I wish to obtain a fitted sheet and a topper.
Many thanks.

We got the next size up to what we wanted in a topper and used a bread knife to cut it to shape. I went for the egg box type of memory foam and it is very comfortable. You use it bobble side up so there is air flow. Our previous topper was a bit on the warm side.

I haven't bothered with tailored bedding - just use a king size fitted sheet and tuck under where required but I am thinking a flat sheet might be easier if I make pockets (like a fitted sheet has) on two corners - the two that are most difficult to get to - and the rest of the sheet will just tuck under. If there is too much fabric I can cut and hem if I want to.

We got a couple of "seconds" duvets from them - superb.
Yes baavet quilt is great...I bought an additional odd size remnant from them...same quality it was big enough to fold over to make a dog bed for the mh...cut up a single quilt cover to make covers for it..easily stowed and the blurb says it rarely needs washing..just put out on the washing line on a sunny day!

Try Jonic in Morecambe. They made a memory foam topper and fitted bottom sheet to my specification, albeit a few years ago now. They weren’t cheap but I was pleased with the quality.
