Swivel seat knocking noise when swivel

Fiat Ducato swivel seat making a clunking noise when sitting on and swivel was slight noise when bought 5 yrs ago now getting worse any ideas.
i did see a post about removing plastic bumpers ?

Second post on this, must be suffering from the dreaded Double Knock Problem, especially if both seats do the same

Sounds like swivel bearings dry and failing.
