Swift 622 dometic fridge Help

Hi all I’m in my new van but having trouble
During my journey engine running I select battery on the front but I got a beeping and warning light display
So when I got to campsite I’m now on EHU also gas on I select EHU on fridge then after a while in my swift control panel says error 12 flashes up To HOT

Here's error code 12 from the Swift website.

Fault 12: Thermistor fails: control automatically switches to Backup mode (BOS)
Action: Check if the connector above the fin on the inside of the cabinet is correctly plugged in. If so contact your dealer or a Thetford Service Centre.

Edit: Sorry that code was for a Thetford fridge, I'll have a look ate the Dometic fridge and see if that gives a clue.

Yeah checked that from Manuel but still got problem lol
I select EHU it shows blue then after a while beeps with fault.But as it’s my first outing I may not be selecting something right on the control panel as that has fridge settings to

Have you tried it on gas only ? as I'm not sure by your opening post whether you are hooked up to EHU and using gas on the fridge or selected 240v on the fridge, and are you in the UK or abroad as maybe the 240 is reverse polarity.

I just got it sorted I hope a guy just pulled in To campsite with swift Motorhome as some as I told him fridge error 12 he laughed just unplug Ehu reset Motorhome switch and plug back in lol hope to get cans cold now .Probably fire another question soon
