We have a few motorhome specific bits to be sold or given away. Is that a thing at this rally or is my memory fading? Thanks David
Yes, you can have a stall outside your motorhome to sell any bits that you no longer want, as well as any donations to the auction. It isn't restricted to Motorhome related stuff either

Best pork sausages

Morrisons' sausages came top overall this year, followed closely by The Black Farmer.

Budget options from Lidl and Aldi were also well-liked. Both cost less than the top scorers (and other rivals) and are our Great Value picks.

Best Buy: Morrisons The Best Thick Pork Sausages– 73%

£3.25 for 400g (81p per 100g)

0d7a3a1e50cb-bbmorrisons-the-best.jpg

These Morrisons sausages impressed tasters with their meaty flavour, juicy texture and well-balanced seasoning.

They're an excellent choice if you're after a succulent sausage.

Note that the pack says the casings may be made from either beef or pork.

I must admit to being partial to a Black Farmers sausage

So are Black Farmer's sausages (or is it Morrisons) what you are going to be selling at the Bash? 🤔

PHEW !!!!!
I can now reveal I was in deep doo doo

Last Monday I found out the folk booked to do the Sunday roast had gone bust
A week of fone calls to every caterer within a 20 mile range and virtually begging got me me nowhere
In desperation I called Eric who runs the rugby club. He got in touch with the chef who WAS going to do it, and agreed he could use the clubs kitchens

So, after massive panic, several hundred fone calls, much gnashing of teeth, wailing and head holding we are all back on track !!!!!!!

Do we know how solid the pitches are? Got slightly bogged down at Topsham once so wary of doing it again.
It's a well drained grass field/rugby pitches, I had no issues last year, my van is 6 tonnes, there was an American RV next to me and I don't think they had any issues either but both rear wheel drive.

Yes (RV) and we were at the bottom of the terracing and all was fine but RWD always performs better on wet ground to be fair.
