Anybody out there with experience of filling underslung water tank with 'hozelock' fill point when no hose/tap available please? i.e. anybody tried a pump from 5
litre water container to hozelock connector to fill tank?
Maybe I'm panicking over nothing and with a water level gauge should never run out/low, but I'm a born worrier!
Self build getting closer after enforced prolonged build! Thanks in advance☺️

I bought a cheap 12v submersible pump off Ebay, for transferring water from a 25 litre container, works well takes about 5 minutes.

Hi Sandra
Wondered if you might be watching☺️. Just popping my head above the waters now after a pretty turbulent time following my forced 'retirement'. Happily progressing now thanks. Hope to put a few more posts up and maybe see you along the road.

Thanks for the response. I did wonder if this was a possibility, but wasn't sure if one would be powerful enough. Good to know they will work ok before buying.
