Also, something about a form being completed with names, reg nos...etc, I don't remember completing one of those. And, do we pay extra to go into the events tent in the evenings?
It's probably there somewhere, but I can't find it.

Have another look at your email from Appletree - mine said to either print it off or show it on your electronic device at the gate.

Just printout the email from Appletree -that's your "ticket". Or ensure you've got it on your communication device (laptop, tablet, phone etc).
The form is Jim's info for the marshalls, look at the first post in the thread for a link.
But as Polly says, don't panic about it they're not Caravan Club wardens!
