Split steel Fiat wheels !

Has any one else had trouble with their Fiat wheels failing! By failing, I mean finding a minute split in and around the valve area.

When I picked up our new van a couple years ago , within two months the tyre went down over night and after a check from the tyre experts they found a small split near the valve area, this was changed under guarantee .

This happened again last weekend.

Am I the only person to have this problem?

Same happened on previous van, hit a speed bump in France on way to alps, same split around valve, it was not cheap getting a replacement in the snow!
2017 reg, split in feb 2019.
