Hi. Just booked Villasol for 2 weeks 4-18 Jan, after which we have another 4 weeks and would like to travel south. Capabino was our 1st choice but it's full on their website. We need to be back in Santander by 16 Feb. Any suggestions please?

Ring them, we had to stay there and their web site showed no availability. Telephoned and no problem. Apart from the fantastic restaurant outside I personally would not revisit, ever!

Packed like sardines, a lot of noise at weekends ( read kids roaming wild), quite a lot of trees, need transport to get anywhere although our bikes were sufficient for a few days. The A7 is very noisy. There are just nicer places in better situations, for us anyway. I know many will like it.

Try Los Gallardos camp site. We have stayed many winters and are returning early Jan 2022.
