Somewhere nice to go along the Loire please (1 Viewer)

We're on a beautiful site a few miles south of Tours in Touraine in baking hot weather. Can someone suggest a lovely place by the Loire that we can drive to tomorrow and park up for a few hours and just watch the world go by. Not looking for somewhere to stay, just a trip out

going to make briare our first stop on our winter tour next week is there anywhere else in this area worth seeing

From the photo your MH looks well lined-up to cross the aqueduct - I was not so adventurous - I crossed it in my boat(30 years ago)

We went to Amboise a few weeks ago. Basic aire next to a campsite, 5 minute's walk to town centre. Aire is in front of the palace
