- towing for 20 odd years but now have our first motorhome.
When we bought our motorhome it had Photronic Universe solar charging equipment already fitted. As I am a complete novice with solar gear I have needed quite a lot of help working out what was not quite right with the system. The email advice is astounding not an answer the same day but within the hour on each of 3 occasions. I contacted Photronic on a few occasions and they could not have been more helpful. Indeed, when I could not find a user manual (including online) for the charge controller remote meter which they no longer sell they found one in their archives and sent me a copy.
I would thoroughly recommend them on the strength of my experience with their technical dept and sales advice.
