Snow conditions on A75 (1 Viewer)

Later this week we’re planning to travel through France to Spain using the fantastic A75. Can anyone direct me to a website that lists the road conditions? I’m particularly thinking of snow given that it’s forecast on Saturday, and whether the road will be open when we want to travel.
