Lifetime map updates are no longer available on older snoopers anybody had the same problem

Updated my 2009 s2000 ventura in October 2020 ok. I will check on website to see if they are still available.

had you already paid for lifetime updates for your sat nav ( i assume its a 7000 not a 700 )

Yes it is a S7000 with map updates When you enter your serial number updates are no longer available from 31/12/2020

I think its taking the pi55 when the manufacturer dictates the end of life for these no so cheap
devices
End of life for me is when it breaks or dies of natural causes
Ive got a 3 year old Fiat with onboard built in Sat Nav and built in obsolescence ie it was never intended to be updated from the day it left Fiat
