Smev oven

I have a Smev oven - grill , heres the" but" when I try to light it it works fine on the grill but I cant get the oven to light for the life of me , i light the grill wait until it is set turn to oven and it goes out!
Help any advice?

Have you read the instructions? The door might have to be closed for the oven to work.

Are you sure you have to light the grill first?

On our Smev they are separate.

My oven will not light if the oven door is closed.

The instruction book is pretty useless I am honest
I did try with oven door shut... no joy!

If you look at the picture I have grill oven and temp and that is it when I try turning to oven no gas coming through, turn to grill she lights
