SMEV 400 oven grill problem

We have a SMEV 400 in the Motorhome where the grill burner has become detached and loose such that it can’t be used as it’s flopping about. I’ve stripped it out with the heat shield but can’t see how it was fixed or how to fix it back
If you can help me with the solution to fix it or show me how yours is fixed by taking a photo it would be appreciated

I had a 300 oven grill on that the grill burner was held in place by 2 screws that went through the top of the oven , through defuser and into the burner
