Can anybody suggest a small portable printer for a MH for the odd one-off document like a copy of passport, boarding pass etc.

We have a small inverter so it can be 230v.

It can also be single-sheet feed, so no trays etc.

Preferably laser, as with infrequent use ink would dry out.

Thanks in advance

Geoff

I've just emailed a boarding pass to site reception, they're printing it out for free ?

Saw one in Tescos today, works off/with your phone/bluray. (whatever that is)

? wha

what make was ?

Haven't a clue I was looking for a wireless mouse, just happened to notice the size of the thing , which was a lot smaller than normal and the price nearly £30. Pop down to your local store and have a look

I've got an HP D1500 ink Jet printer i use in the van, it's about 8 years old now. It has been reliable sits in the cupboard for months without drying out or packing up. I use it to print out the daily crossword and suduko when I'm away. Runs off a 200w handymains modified sinewave inverter.

It's good because it packs up well with no external stick-outy-bits.

It looks like this one I found on fleabay:

We have an Epson WF100, prints A4, battery, chargeable via 230 or USB. Connects via USB, Bluetooth or WiFi. Works well, we connect via WiFi on tablet phone and laptop, very handy especially when combined with a scanner app on your phone.

We have a HP Sproket- not the printer for documents but connects via bluetooth and prints a pic on a small peelable sticker, which were going to cover the inside of the wardrobe with, showing memories of places we have been etc.

Sorry if link doesn't work.

We bought this from Currys for about £40 - it is very light, compact and prints well. Like you, we just needed a printer for the odd thing whilst we're away.

Depends what you want to print.
I bought the Canon SELPHY a couple of weeks back, haven’t used it a lot but the few photos I printed are a good quality-postcard sized & with the postcard markings on the back.
You can print larger but needs different tray etc. I think.
It runs off mains but you can buy a rechargeable battery pack for it!
Google Canon Selphy Printer. Curry’s stock it! Beware you don’t get a paper & ink pack with it you have to buy that separately.

Don't just go by the price of the printer, check the cost of the ink/cartridges too as they can be eye-wateringly expensive - that's where they make their money by selling the printer itself cheap to entice you to buy it.
