Our Burstner Harminy t525 has suffered from sealant drying out in the joints along the sides/roof. I can't take the trim off as it would ruin it and replacement isn't available.
After taking advice I removed existing sealant to clean up the joint, ran some Captain Tolley's into the joint and then oversealed with Puraflex 40, smoothed/pushed into the joint with a finger dipped in washing up liquid solution.
It needs keeping an eye on in case it dries out again but worked.
